Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping within the UK
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.
- Standard shipping is free on orders over £100. For orders under £30, a flat rate of £5 applies.
- We partner with trusted couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your items.

Express Shipping within the UK
- Express orders placed before 12 noon GMT will be processed and shipped on the same day. Delivery takes 1-2 business days.
- £10 for express shipping, dependent on item weight.

International Shipping
- We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order’s progress through our courier's website.

Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided that items are in their original condition, unused and packaging, .

Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items, including  perishable goods, personalised items, or intimate apparel/goods are non-returnable.

How to Return an Item
1. Reach out to our customer service team at contact@everythingplugs.com to initiate the return process and receive a return authorisation.
2. Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging or similar protective packaging.
3. Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team to ship your return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned item(s).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

- If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to replace or refund the item, including covering any necessary return shipping costs.
